The terms that apply when you use socialvipers.com and its calculator.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Social Vipers, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
Social Vipers provides a free calculator that estimates potential creator earnings on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook based on user-supplied inputs (views, content type, niche, region and currency). The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Not affiliated with any platform
Social Vipers is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook), or TikTok / ByteDance. All product names, logos and brands referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
4. Estimates only — no financial advice
Figures produced by the calculator are estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax or business advice and must not be relied upon for financial decision-making. 5. Acceptable use
- You may use the calculator for personal, educational or business research purposes.
- You may not scrape, systematically extract, resell, or misrepresent our estimates as official platform data.
- You may not use the site in a way that could disable, overburden, damage or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
6. Advertising on this site
Social Vipers displays advertising, including third-party ads served through Google AdSense and directly-sold banner placements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in third-party advertisements. Clicking an advertisement takes you to a third party's website, governed by their own terms and privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Social Vipers name, logo, calculator design and original written content are the property of Social Vipers. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without permission, beyond normal browser caching needed to view the page.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the calculator's underlying rate assumptions, factors, currencies supported, or these terms at any time as market conditions or our service changes, without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Vipers and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or the estimates it produces.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
